Almond Date + Dark Chocolate Truffles

Dark Chocolate Almond Truffles


  • 1 Cup Pitted Dried Dates

  • 2/3 Cup Almonds

  • 2/3 Cup Dark Chocolate (>70% Cocoa for max antioxidants)


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor

  2. Process for about 2 minutes until mixtures turns into one large ball

  3. Scoop evenly onto a lined baking sheet and refrigerate

Thought I would share this lovely treat with you! I loved the whole food, easy recipe and they were so quick to put together. I added coconut and cocoa powder on top for extra spiff.

I paired two of these with some greek yogurt for a snack, but the dark chocolate in them makes them seem more like a dessert!
