As an expecting or new parent, you’ve likely heard of the many benefits of breastmilk for your baby. But with more and more access to information at the tip of our fingertips it can be difficult to turn down the noise of all the “shoulds” and to truly trust your instincts to know what is best for both you and your baby.

Maybe you have heard from friends and family about their challenges with breastfeeding and are wanting to enlist the right support from the start to help feel empowered and informed. Or maybe you figured that feeding your baby would be something that you intuitively just “got” and it is feeling nothing like that.

If you are feeling defeated, exhausted and overwhelmed in trying to feed your baby (or if you are wondering if breastfeeding is ever going to work for you), I would be honored to support you. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide you with non judgmental support for your breastfeeding, pumping and feeding journey. I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of moms and babies in finding a path to feeding that is pain, guilt and shame free.

We believe lactation support is essential, we are in network with most insurance plans.
