What happens at a support group?
Support groups are led by doulas or certified lactation educators to answer questions, address challenges and offer referrals to an IBCLC (lactation consultant) when needed
A scale is provided to weight your baby and complete a feeding at group to see how feeding is going as well as get an idea of milk transfer at the breast
